Rate information

All rates are in euros as well as per person and day, plus €2.30 local tax (from the age of 14). Board optionally with breakfast, half board, or self-catering in the apartment.

Board

For overnight stays with breakfast, dinner can be booked at any time for an additional charge.

Local tax

The local tax amounts to €2.30 per night and person (aged 14 and above) and will be charged separately on site.

Children’s rates

Attractive discounts apply for children sharing a room with two or more full-paying guests. These discounts are included in your individual offer, which we will be happy to prepare for you.

Short stays

For stays of three nights or less, we have to add a small surcharge. We’ll be happy to prepare a tailor-made offer for you.

Travel cancellation insurance

Life doesn’t always go according to plan. That’s why we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation conditions

The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply to all bookings not made directly through us:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation
  • Up to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the booked stay will be charged
  • Up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the booked stay will be charged
  • In the week of arrival: 90 % of the booked stay will be charged


Special conditions continue to apply for all direct bookings:

  • Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival (in high season)
  • Free cancellation up to 1 week before arrival (in low season)

After that we charge 50% of the total price without refund for services not consumed.


We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
