The Pankratz family: passionate hosts

With youthful dynamism, the head of the house ensures that all guests are perfectly happy. He not only streamlines the daily processes at the hotel, but also demonstrates, together with his wife Maria, the courage and vision to further develop our hotel. For nearly four years, he worked abroad to gain experience in luxury gastronomy – and now knows how to spoil his guests with that certain something. Thomas also loves to accompany his action-seeking guests on their ski and mountain bike tours. His greatest passion is hunting in the local forests.

With our guests, Maria shares her love of people, nature, and the precious resources that mother earth gives us. Out of this conviction and together with her husband, she has been working for many years on making her vision of Weissenstein Nature Retreat come true. Maria is also an indispensable support in the daily work at the hotel.

The senior host makes sure that our guests and everyone else in the family feels at home. Regional delicacies as well as the cosy atmosphere are her merits. As a passionate golfer, Linda is always in the mood for a nice game of golf with you at the St. Michael golf course!

The senior host and passionate hunter knows the surroundings of St. Michael im Lungau like no other. For secret tips and the most beautiful excursions, he is your man – and he will be more than happy to let you in on his secrets over a glass of wine on the terrace.
